What needs to be further confirmed with you is whether the report you are referring to is a report in powerbi deskop or a paged report in report builder?
If you click on a visual object in the Fields pane in the Desktop, it will highlight the tables and columns used in the visual object and you can choose to add or remove the corresponding fields.
If the latter whether you can further describe your needs, provide relevant screenshot information, etc.
