Hi Rich! Sorry for the delayed response. We are indeed using custom themes. Are you saying that you set the backgroud color to white in a general setting (or for each visual?)? Do you then need to re-import the custom themes?

The quickest method I have found is opening the dashboard and changing the back ground to white under FORMAT >> PAGE BACKGROUND, saving then re-publish. Since I have stopped using custom themes and have not had any issues.
