how to use rows as filter and coulmns as values in power query

I have a table where i have values for each columns. i used the name and number filter, so i need to make a new filter with the row as filter like 0,1,2, where when i click the 1 asphalt and nfs needs to display  for rahul in the pivot table in excel when i make the selection. how to do this.

Use a disconnected table that has the filter choices prepopulated  (for example GENERATESERIES(0,2) )  , then use a measure to sense the filter choice and then use that measure as a visual filter.
