i have the below query setting i want only to filter (most recent date time received) the most recent datetime based a long dateformat (time included),below a screenshoot for better comprehension

Is it always going to be one file? If so, sort the column descending and use 'Keep top rows'->1

Do you always want to only keep the latest received date and remove other rows? If so , please follow @HotChilli 's suggest , if not, please share more details about your expected to help us clarify your scenario.
