I hope someone here is able to help me. Have for awhile been tracking Zendesk data thru Power BI with Zendesk Application, but lately it stopped refreshing the data and then I moved over too a new workstation. Now I am not able to connect to the zendesk application either from Desktop og Online, looks like something are refusing me to connect. I am not either able to use my Zendesk Cred. to log on the service as administrator.
The error I am getting are as following

What is the result if you connect to Zendesk PBIT file in Power BI Desktop? If you still get error, please use Fiddler to track the background process and provide fiddler trace log here.

I get the same results as last time, it actually looks like it's trying to use my Power BI user to log on to Zendesk. It dosent give me any chance to change this, not in settings either.
