Hi,
So I am working for an external Client for which I only have access with VPN/Remote Machine. I have access to an internal (client I mean) shared folder, but only with my external email, which the client created for me.
I would like to use my company email/powerbi account to access this folder and then perform an hourly scheduled refresh.
How could this be acomplished?
As last resource I will send the files manually to my email, and use power automate to save on an internal sharepoint...
Many thanks

Hi! @campelliann
I think the best way is to have a Power BI license with a similar email you are accessing SharePoint or ask your client to add your Power BI account as a guest user to Azure AD.

Thank you. But Is power BI able to access a virtual machine and do a scheduled refresh?
