VLookup only getting first value
Hi,
I created a another tab to show different projects with different costs as shown.
But when I created this formual =VLOOKUP(A7,Table01[#All],2,FALSE), the individual cells only captured the first value not the sum of the values. In this case the £2556.47 was being shown on the main tab.
Can someone provide me the proper formula to use?

Hi Anonymous
VLOOKUP is to find the match value. It won't calculate the sum of all matches. To calculate the sum of all matches, you can try something like this:
= SUM(IF(A$2:A$8=E2,B$2:B$8))Reference: https://www.exceldemy.com/vlookup-sum-all-matches/
