Hi,
I created a another tab to show different projects with different costs as shown.
But when I created this formual =VLOOKUP(A7,Table01[#All],2,FALSE), the individual cells only captured the first value not the sum of the values. In this case the £2556.47 was being shown on the main tab.
Can someone provide me the proper formula to use?
Regards,

Hi @Anonymous
VLOOKUP is to find the match value. It won't calculate the sum of all matches. To calculate the sum of all matches, you can try something like this:
= SUM(IF(A$2:A$8=E2,B$2:B$8))
