Using same column for 2 slicer's to change a card value

Hi,

I have a table as below,

Need to show, "Count of dealid moved from 1st Interview to 2nd Interview". Here there is 10 deals in 1st Interview and 6 deals have moved to 2nd interview. So, 10-6=4.
My dax:

Above dax works perfectly.

But other requirement is, need to show this in 2 slicer with same column "dealstage". I have many other dealstage, for now (Ex: 1st slicer as 1st Interview and 2nd slicer as 2nd Interview) and single card visual should show 4 and other visuals should not change.

NOTE: Count of dealid, where dealstage="1st Interview" to dealstage="2nd Interview" and dealid of 1st Interview = dealid of 2nd Interview.

I hope, question is clearly suggested. Please help me with this requirement.

try to cut off the intersactions between 2 silcers and the visuals other than card.

for your example it doesn't matter if the deals were at stage 1 if all you want to know how many deals are now at stage 2.

Is your process linear or can stages jump a level, like from 1 to 3 ?
