Unable to parse the date

Hi

I have a dataset which has 15000 records. I have a order date and time which has 01/22/19 21:25. I split the column and seperated the time. Now I have a date column which is in text.

I am getting below error when I tried to convert data type into a date

Please advise. I have filtered out the null values.

Thanks, I solved this issue with Locale by converting the date into English(US). Just saw the other posts and solved. Sorry, I am a newbie to the community. Didn't see the post properly.
