Unable to connect - SQL Server Error

I am recieving the attached error message "unable to connect" when attempting to get data from my data source in the Power BI Desktop app. We have already made sure the service account for the Gateway has direct access to the database and SQL server, as I am able to login directly with no issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated as we are trying to get our trial setup for presentation to management. 2017-06-12 14_12_52-.jpg

@kgomez000,

Please uninstall and reinstall your .NET Framework (3.5 or above version), then restart your computer and check if you can successfully connect to SQL Server from Power BI Desktop.
