Total column issue

I build a Dashboard with countries in column for revenue, cost, margin
The Total column = sum of countries
But when I added some Measures to calculate accruals, trying to have no accruals if the Live margin was negative, then the Total column is not equal to the sum of columns

Have you solved this problem? If not, share some dummy data and expected result so that we can provide more detailed suggestions with it. You may need to adjust your measures.
