Summarize Table with %

Hello,

I need to summarize a table with percentages by Period and Team Member. The team member populates a SharePoint list by Period with their Capacity %. 

I'm having difficulty creating that summarize view of the data. In excel I can do the following how do I do the same thing in Power BI?

Any help would be warmly welcomed 🙂

Use an Advanced Group By.
