Subscribing to Reports with Download Attachements

Hello, 

I want to subscribe to a report to download automatically to my inbox as an attachement every day. When I go to subscribe and click on the option to 'Attach full report' the PDF and PPT options are greyed out and say you need to upgrade to Power BI Premium to download. See attached screen shot. I have a Premium account - any ideas on why I can't do this? Many thanks!

Hi @Tabstar 

Please check the following point:

1.Make sure that the account you are using to subscribe has the PPU  license.

2.Make sure that your workspace  is backed by Power BI Premium.
