Splitting into separate tables based on row value condition

I am relatively new to power BI and am encountering an issue that I cannot find a solution for.

My source data looks like this, where the headers are interspersed throughout the data. I need to be able to create visulaizations for the number of applicants we are getting per job.

After looking through these forums it looks like the best option would be to split this data into multiple tables, but I would need to split at "total applicants" rather than a specified number of rows since each job has a different number of sources beneath them. Does anyone have any guidance of how to write this formula?

Table.Group(your_table, "applicants_column", {"split", each _}, GroupKind.Local, (s, c) => Byte.From(c = "Total Applicants:"))
