Hello,
I am new to Power BI and am transforming the queries from Dynamics. The Choice columns (aka Picklist) show as the choice value, but i need the Label. How do I transform the value to the label (638460003 > WKSHP for Retirement)?

You can create another table that holds the Values and Labels
Then do a Merge Queries as new (in the Ribbon Home tab) on that table and your main data table
After expanding the Tables in the resulting column, you should get something like this
