Hello,
I have been working with sharepoint folder containing multiple MS ACCESS files from different projects.
Couple of my ACCESS database files have tables (elements) with similiar ID's which is the reason i am getting an error message of duplicate values (see attached picture below).
Is there any workaround you can suggest as having a unique ID is basic principle of realtional databases.
Hi rchowdhary,
Did you want to remove duplicate or you want to solve above error? If so, you could try to modify this in PowerBI desktop, you could try to use many -many relationship between two tables. Or if you want to use many-one relationship, you need to make sure the ID in "one part" is unique, you could click Edit Queries, the right click ID column->remove duplicates.
Best Regards,
Zoe Zhi

´So this how my single project Access file looks like which contains a table (named:Level) that has relation to all other tables in that file. So, if accidentally another project contains same ID (which is exactly my case) and i set the cardinality to (Many to Many) it will visualize data from other project as well which will be incorrect.
So actually i would like change this ID (by giving a new ID) from all tables at once. Is ther any way to accomplish this in PowerBi query or perhaps editing Access Query.
