Sharepoint datasource not providing data

When i bring in sharepoint as a source throuh the Sharepoint Online List or the Sharepoint List, some of the data, specifically the document name/title is listed as null while other documents do have their correct name/titles, also, their links are directing to the preview instead of a standard link. Is there a workaround?

Thank you, though i already tried that, my current work around is creating a column, and using "Record.Field[(Title], "Name") , and it seems to be working. It is pulling the correct name so unless there is a change of issues going forward, i may stick to this solution.

I have a list of about 5000 files (pdf's, word docs, etc) within several subfolders in sharepoint. They have titles starting with numbers ie "00 00 00 ..." and letters ie "Client Received ..." most of the titles that are not starting with numbers are appearing as "null"  or as incorrect name, for example, one file is titled "Test - RFP 001 Sheet (1)" but it is appearing as "RFP 001". I am comparing the Doc Title to the title that is on Sharepoint and they do not match, yet when i go to export to excel, it does.

Also, i have been using the Sharepoint Online List when i am getting the data from New Source. If i try using Sharepoint Folder instead, it does give the correct names, but it does not give the links or custom columns (some key columns are not appearing)

The extra information helps a bit but I don't understand why you're referencing the use of the SharePoint List connector AND the SharePoint Folder connector. They do two completely different things. I guess I'm not fully understanding what you're trying to acheive.

Just to add another in the mix, you could try SharePoint.Contents to see if that gives you any detail closer to what you're looking for.

I want to list documents from Sharepoint in Power Bi, specifically 4 attributes. Name, Link, Last Modified, and Folder path. Using the Sharepoint Folder connector, Name, Last Modified and Folder Path work well, but the link does not appear. However, if i use the Sharepoint List connector, Last modified, Folder Path and Link works, but about half the names show up as Null. I may have found a work around but i am checking to see if it is correct.

Not sure if this could help...
