Sharepoint Folder

I created a several dashboards using XML files located on my hardrive. I have setup a Sharepoint so my corworker and I can work from the same data tables. How can I replace the XML files located on my hardrive with the same XML files located on Sharepoint?

@rygregg10,

You can change the source code of the current query to SharePoint Folder in Advanced Editor of Power BI Desktop Query Editor .

Assume that your original code of the query is as below.

Then you can change the code to the following:

let
      Source = SharePoint.Files("SharePoint site root URL ", [ApiVersion = 15]),
    #"Filtered Rows" = Table.SelectRows(Source, each ([Folder Path] = "SharePoint site root URL/Shared Documents/sharepoint Foldername/")),
    #"Removed Other Columns" = Table.SelectColumns(#"Filtered Rows" ,{"Content"})
in
    #"Removed Other Columns"

Use SharePoint Folder connector.

Found under "All" section of Get Data.

URL should be set folder containing all your files.

Ex: https://CompanyName.sharepoint.com/sites/foldername/

Try following article in link below.
