I have published a report that connects to a list on my SharePoint Online site. I have enabled scheduled refresh with OAuth2 authentication using my credentials.
I have another Admin in the workgroup where this report is published, when that person merely refreshes (by clicking REFRESH NOW), he gets an error stating that credentials are invalid.
My question is, when this person refreshes the dataset, does it connect with his credential or connect with mine which has been configured in the dataset setting?
Note: My credentials have not changed in the recent past and is working fine.
Hello did you used a data gateway for refresh? If so did you provide other users's to access to your gateway ?
Power BI using "direct connection" to SharePoint online sites. A data gateway is not required.
