I am running SQL server 2022 and VS2019, VS2022 on my computer. I have installed the MS SQL Server 2022 integration services Power Query (x64), MS SQL Server Integrations Services Projects 16.0.5467.0 .
I tried to install the 32 bit Power Query package for the SQL server 2022, but it kept crashing Visual Studio 2019.
Has anyone gotten this to work, I cannot see the Power Query Source Editor or any other Power Query in the SSIS toolbar.

Hi @Anonymous ,
You mentioned that Visual Studio 2019 crashed, so will Visual Studio 2022 work fine. You downloaded the Power Query package for the SQL server 2022, it is possible that the version is too high and Visual Studio 2019 is not upwardly compatible with more advanced versions. Please try using VS2022 or download a previous version of the Power Query package.

I had to wait until the SSIS package for VS2022 was installed. But yes, now it is working great. Thanks.
