Report is pulling data from web. Can I schedule the refresh without installing any gateways on my PC

my report is pulling data from a web page (the only upatable data soruce). How can I schedule a refresh schedule without installing gateway?  Don't see the option on powerbi.com

You need to click the settings on the data model (not the report).

1. Go to workspace where you published the report

2. There should be a dataset for every repot.

3. Click the setting on the dataset.

4. Schedule refresh.

1. Make sure you publish to a workspace, not "My workspace"

2. If you didn't publish the report yourself, you may need to take over the dataset.

1. Yes, it was not "my workspace" but different one.

2. Yes, I'm the owner

I have 3 other datasources (Excel) I used to dowload the master data but they are set as not refreshable. Could it be an issue?  

Do you know if there is a way to troubleshoot that? Eg. to see what datasets PowerBI.com recognized in the Power Query query.

It looks like it is required for some kinds of web connections (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/power-bi-data-sources)

Required for .html, .xls, and Access Databases

If you are accessing a xls document, is it possible to put this on sharepoint instead? Not sure if that would work, but it might?

If you are accessing a html page, could you see if accessing it using Web.Content instead of Web.Page will work?

Thank you. I moved my Master data Excels to One Drive for business (here is the connection guide I used: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-use-onedrive-business-links). 

then was able to see all the refresh information on PowerBI.com 

Sugestion: if datasources is excluded from report refresh (eg initial master data data load to Power BI, in my case from it was from excel on my desktop), than it should not be  condition of Data Set refresh on PowerBI.com

didnot refresh, recieved this error in the no refresh alert:

While on desktop refreshes without any problem...

Try either disabling privacy settings or explicitly setting them to organizational. You can do so on the credentials page (for each data source) when you schedule a refresh.
