I'm looking to merge/combine two csv files and cannot do so due to privacy issues. I set the privacy to allow combining data but get the following:

Please tell us the steps you took to attempt the combining of the data. Can you pull each source independently of the other?

Hi Todd, it is a simple merge between two csv files. Each query loads independently with no problem. I set ignore privacy levels and the merged data is visable in preview but when I save I seem to lose the privacy setting and the data does not load.
