I have a project where I use data from Quickbooks Online, and because the connector requires Master Administrator or Company Administrator credentials, I have to ask the administrator of the company to type his credentials in my computer because I don't have that level of permissions. The problem is that PowerBi Desktop continuously loses the saved credentials, without any explanation, so I have to ask the administrator to type credentials again and again, and this process is becoming very annoying.
Is there a better way to do this?
Hi @Anonymous ,
I have a little confused about your scenario.
Do you mean that you need to enter the credential when you connect with Quickbooks Online everytime?
Please check if you credential is saved under Global Permissions, you could find it under Data source settings.
Or you need to enter the credential when you refresh the data everytime?
Please share more details about your scenario so that we could help further on it.
Best Regards,
Cherry
I have the credentials under Global Permissions. But after 1 day or 2 days, it asks me again to enter credentials.
It asks for credentials when I try to refresh the data.
