Hello, I have one question about custom column formula.
I have certain null value for contact center and language for the same ID (4 in this example) Is it possible to create a formula that could make that if the article has a language and somewhere else replace it with null?
@Vanessa250919
Not very clear with your conidtion, do you mean you want only show French and show other language as null?
Paul Zheng _ Community Support Team
Do you mean you'd like those rows with null in the Language column filled with "French" in this case? What if the article has more than one language? What about the "Contact centre" column? It'd help if you show the expected result
