PowerBI MySQL Connectivity Issue

I have a PowerBI Connectivity Issue with MySQL servers. 

Is this systemic or internal?

hard to tell since you truncated the image and aren't showing everything. First steps for me would be:

1. Connect to the MYSQL server using Power BI Desktop directly and ensure the server is running with that specific report and showing no errors.
2. restart the gateway service on the PC/server that is hosting it.
3. reboot the pc/server hosting the gateway.
4. reinstall the gateway

EDIT: It might be a service issue. Someone just posted this in the Service section. Consider opening a help ticket before you do step 4 above. Doing steps 1-3 cannot hurt, other than a bit of downtime.
