Error message when trying to use Zendesk connector in Power Bi

I'm having trouble using the Zendesk connector in Power Bi, I have full admin rights to our Zendesk portal but receive the below when trying to connect (screen cap from report issue option details):

Btw, I have tested it by my side, I cannot reproduce your issue here. I suggest you to create a support ticket for help if you are a pro user.
