I'm pulling data from SharePoint libraries using the URL in Power Query. I noticed some of my files weren't named correctly in my first attempt to Transform Data. I closed the Query and didn't save changes. Then, I updated the files names to make it easier to pull in the future. When I went back to start a new Query, the files I changed in SharePoint were still under the old names in the Transform Data window. I tried refreshing the SharePoint site and libraries, and I removed the Recent Sources in the Data tab. I need to be able to perform the Query regularly in the future and get correct data. How can I get it to pull the updated data from the libraries?

I'm not sure what happened, but suddenly the file names were correct. It seems like what you're suggesting is correct, but I don't know how it was fixed or what to do in the future if this happens again.

Hi @jennic ,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Community. In addition to @lbendlin response, this behavior is likely caused by Power Query caching old file metadata even though you've renamed the files in SharePoint, the Query Editor may still be displaying the old names.
Thank you for your response @lbendlin .
