Power Query not pulling most recent data

I'm not sure what happened, but suddenly the file names were correct. It seems like what you're suggesting is correct, but I don't know how it was fixed or what to do in the future if this happens again.

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Community. In addition to lbendlin response, this behavior is likely caused by Power Query caching old file metadata even though you've renamed the files in SharePoint, the Query Editor may still be displaying the old names.
