Power Query Question

I am new to Power BI., and I am lost at the moment.  I need to make this data show in a power bi report as an hour/building

I need to see the check-ins by the hour for each building.   I have grouped by building but still cannot figure out the best way to change the data to show by the hour for building?

@bnpendley You could create a new custom column using Time.Hour and then group by date and hour?
