Power Query Load Trouble?

I am having trouble loading rows into my model, all my tables are greyed out and I a unable to make changes to them in Power Query.  Any reason why this could occur?  It has already been 40 minutes.....

You don't mention the source. Turn off background refresh of previews. Sometimes you just have to wait. Go and get a coffee
