Data for this graph comes from the metrics page, which was unpivoted using power query. The data is in one column but the format is inconsistent.
I think I need to keep the labels in one column and the data (consistent data format) in independent rows. How can I do so?I want to have three charts: one representing $, one representing % and one representing multiples. Fin the file in link below.

Well, you can pivot the columns again since your data was unpivotted.
