Power Automate Add Row to Table in Excel not working

I have a flow in Power Automate that everytime there is a response to a Form it adds a row to an existing Excel worksheet of responses, it adds the row, but does not transfer the data...

This way ,can we upload csv files in new power bi report in both service and desktop ??
