Hello!
I'm new to this forum, forgive me if this in the wrong spot. I work at an IT help desk, and we got an email from a user stating the following:
I recently updated my login password. Upon logging into PowerBI, I mistakenly said yes when PowerBI asked me if I want to enter my password every time I log in (as opposed to saving). Normally, I click no, and this allows me to enter PowerBI with no future password necessities. How do I change this setting so I don’t have to provide a password every time I log in?
I don't use Power BI myself, so I'm not sure of what to suggest. Our Power BI admin at the office didn't have any ideas either. The only thing I could think of would be to reset his password again, then check the box, but I'm not sure if that would work. Any help would be appreciated - thanks!
Hi @rinneii ,
I'm assuming your user is talking about accessing the Power BI Service portal on the web, in which case clearing the browser history/cache should do it.

Hi Pete!
Thanks for the suggestion. He tried that and is still being prompted to sign in each time.
Ok. When they're signed in to the PBI Service, click on their face/initials at the top right of the screen. From the dropdown, choose Sign Out.
Close browser and re-open (may not be entirely necessary).
Navigate back to the Power BI Service portal and it should prompt the full sign-in process again, including MFA etc.
