Pass parameter from Embedded URL to API Call instead of data filtering

I have a web page which has two filters Year and Quarter. I wanted to pass these filters to power bi report through embedded URL and then from power bi, i want to pass it to API Call. I can't it as filter on loaded data because my API only returns data of single date.

I am creating power bi reports from Dynamics Business Central API and i cant change the API.
