Parsing JSON File

i have data in form of JSON file. in power query i try to parse JSON data and it shows error. can anyone provide input for a data type like this to become table data? for example data as below

 

id_opr|335667,text#Nozzle_Angle#1842#385|+105,text#1st_Nozzle_size#1843#385|70,text#2nd_Nozzle_size#1844#385|70,text#3rd_Nozzle_size#1845#385|70,text#4th_Nozzle_size#1846#385|72, text #Pressure_Feed_Inlet_HPP_Pi3E6_(Bar)#2116#452|5.01,number#Pressure_Feed_Inlet_HPP_Pi3E6_(Bar)#2116#452#target|1#0,number#Speed_HPP_3P2_(%)#2117#452|50.50,number

 

fyi, for the red color as the header and blue as the value

Could you show the "Filtered Rows" table from the previous step, please cover the privacy data.

and I did not find JSON format from the sample data, Please make sure the data type is JSON again.
