Is it possible to use the "Analyze in Excel" functionality in Power BI Embedded?

No, this feature is available in Power BI Service only.

You can play with Microsoft sample web app with embedded Power BI objects - https://microsoft.github.io/PowerBI-JavaScript/demo/v2-demo/index.html to see all functionality enabled in embedded.
