Hi all,
I'm having signicant issues publishing a dataset to service, it takes FOREVER, if it publishes at all. The data set is fairly large at 700mb and I think that is the issue. There is no associated charts etc, the assocaited report is blank.
Through research I have found that one potential work around is to:
This seems logical, by reducing the size of the file I can actually publish it........
Now, my challenge is that I have quite a number of tables in my model (25+) and I don't want to have to do this to every table, each and every time I make a change or whatever.
So I am looking for a solution where I can add some parameterized value script into the Advanced Script for each table, that way I can set the value across all tables in one action for example:
I can't seem to find any documentation on writing this expression, just examples of using the GUI to limit the rows.
Any 🙂
