On-premises gateway can't connect to PowerBI

Hi,

Im suddenly getting this issue with my on-premise gateway.

I tried upgrading to the latest version with no luck.

Outbound internet access is not restricted in any way.

On the Network tab it says "Network status: Connected"

I tried looking at the logfiles and couldn't find any issues.

Any suggestions?

I ran into this same error when I installed the March 2019 release

I didn't have time to troubleshoot, so I just restored the December 2018 release

I was hoping the latest release would not have this issue

I too am interested in the cause
