Merging rows

Hello community!

On the following table i want to merge all rows per each project code (project codes are masked) so that, in the new table i can have distinct project codes and replace null with text values, where is it needed.

pezakas_1-1653392510910.png

So, for instance the project 117 should have columns :
SD11=Approved,
SD20=null,
SD25=Approved,
SD30=Open,
SD68=null,
SD70=null

Hi @pezakas ,

Select your Project Code column, go to Home tab > Group By.

In the dialog, add an aggregation column for all the other columns you want, using the MAX operator on the original column.
