MariaDb DirectQuery Filter error

Hi!

I am working with MariaDb and a DirectQuery. When i want to filter a column i get a error message and the visuals stop working. I figured out that it had someting to do with the original database. When i want to filter a column that is CHAR, it stops working. But when i have a culumn with VARCHAR it works.

Does anyone have a idea why this is? Do i need to change the database or is there a other solution?
