Load from Datamart into Dataset

Testing an extract of data from Datamart (i.e., SQL endpoint) using Power Query into PowerPivot and Power BI Desktop. After a few thousand rows (anywhere from say 50,000-ish to 800,00-ish) the load appears to "freeze" and then eventually errors out.

Error Message:
Internal connection fatal error. Error state: 15, Token : 53

Anyone know what might be going on?
