Issues with Oracle data refresh

I have created an application in PowerBI Desktop which connects and pulls data from 8 Oracle 10g database servers.  (about 32 tables, less than 200K rows, it works fine).  I have published my application into cloud, then installed PowerBI personal Gateway. While trying to refresh I get the following error.

Failed to update data source credentials: We are unable to connect to the data source. Please ensure that data source is accessible.Hide details

Details:

Attempt to load Oracle client libraries threw BadImageFormatException. This problem will occur when running in 64 bit mode with the 32 bit Oracle client components installed.

Note :

  1. Personal Gateway is running.
  2. Local XLS files gets refreshed from the cloud.
  3. Oracle databases are 32 bit.
  4. The oracle database driver in my PC is also 32 bit.
  5. PowerBI desktop is 32 bit.

Looking forward for quick help.

Hi Jayadev,

I'm experiencing the exact same error. Did you ever manage to fix it?
