Twitter Template fails to stay up to date/ logic apps fail

Hi, I'm having issues with keeping my twitter data up to date. The template and all services assoicated with it will run fine for a few weeks then stop all together. Then when I go to run them manually, only the notifier app and historical app will run successfully. Does anyone know how to keep this template running on its own without fail?
