Issues using Q&A to print to a page in workbook

I have a page called matrix and I have turned on allow Q&A

When I type in sales volume in the Q&A screen I receive an entirely different answer

If I use the What is your question button I created

The page is blank with my background and canvas formatting

How do If ix this so that my matrix will appear correctly?

What's your Power BI Desktop version?

If it is not the latest version, try upgrading to the latest version and trying again.

Under my tests, I can't reproduce your issue.

If you can, please provide more details. Have you tried to use Q&A in other reports, and then there will be this issue as well?
