I have a column in which there are a few instances of List and Record values

Hello,

As the title says, I have an answer column where there are very few instances of Lists and Records in my questionnaire data. I've fully expanded all columns already and this was the final outcome.

I was wondering if it was possible to expand this, I believe the data can be obtained from the list pretty easily (I just don't know how to) as this is specific answer is from a multiple choice question and upon clicking on it, I get the answer.

Dealing with the record may be a little tricky as this is tabular data (a table with year date as column headers, and a specific occurence as rows, where the user enters numbers correpsonding to a total amount for that year on each row.) When I expand the record, the below is what I get back.
