I keep getting the same error message when I try to connect to the server for the CxE Cube database. How can I resolve this issue?

Hi @mwhitehead ,
I think the easiest way would be to switch to "import" mode. But, if you need to use "Direct Query" then try either Database credential or perhaps "Microsoft Account".
If it WAS working but is not now, then try clearing the permissions under the Data Source Settings - Edit Datasource
