How do I link Outlook 365 with Power BI?

The first thing that I would do is to confirm that you are signed into Power BI with the account that you are using to hit Outlook.  

Then, I would test with "Microsoft Exchange" and with "MIcrosoft Exchange Online".  One might work where the other might not.

Then, in the permissions, test whether Microsoft Account will work if Exchange Account does not.

When I tested this, my Exchange Account went through an Autodiscover service which I had to specifically allow to be used.  But, it still didn't work. 

However, when I used Microsoft Account it went in for me.  (I used Microsoft Account, with Microsoft Exchange even though I would argue that my Exchange is O365 and online...)
