Indexing by change of row value

Hi everyone,

 

Any chance you could help with another indexing question? Basically I need to create an index which changes when the row value changes from TRUE to False and then to TRUE ect...

Here is an example:

Index Value Expected outcome
1 TRUE 1
2 TRUE 1
3 TRUE 1
4 TRUE 1
5 TRUE 1
6 FALSE 2
7 FALSE 2
8 FALSE 2
9 TRUE 3
10 TRUE 3
11 TRUE 3
12 FALSE 4
13 FALSE 4
14 FALSE 4
15 FALSE 4
16 FALSE 4
17 TRUE 5
