If string contains a value from another table then get value from that table

Hello

I have 2 tables:

Table 1 include grocery store names in a city and its addresses:

Grocery store namesAddress
Small region 1 WalmartsStreet A 1
491801 Small region 2 TargetStreet B 1

Table 2 include small regions and big region names:

Small RegionBig Region
Small region 1Big region 1
Small region 2Big region 2

I want to make a new column in Table 1 that is:

if Table1[Grocery store names] contains Table2[Small Region] then Table1[Address] & Table2[Small Region] & Table2[Big Region]

else Table1[Address]

Sample outcome table:

Grocery store namesAddressNew column
Small region 1 WalmartsStreet A 1Street A 1 Small region 1 Big Region 1

How can I achieve this?

Thank you before hand!
