Hi everyone,
I have a SharePoint list thats hidden, as in you need the specific link to access it. When I try to link to the list in PowerBI, there's no folder to input so I've been unable to link it. Please help.
Thank you.
@Anonymous,
Please check if you can use the OData URL below to connect to this list. Put the URL in OData feed connector in Power BI Desktop.
https://yoursharepointsite/_vti_bin/listdata.svc/ListName
Regards,
Lydia
When I try to link via OData Feed I get an authentication error"We couldn't authenticate with the credentials provided".
My link is in the format "https://site.sharepoint.com/Subsite/subsite/Folder/SitePages/Mylist.aspx#InplviewHashbf4m4dl-22t6-82..."
I've tried excluding everything after the # and everything after Mylist but I still recieve the same error.
@Anonymous,
You should use the following URL.
https://site.sharepoint.com/Subsite/subsite/_vti_bin/listdata.svc/Mylist
Regards,
Lydia
